Refund policy

Return Policy:

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If a return is not requested via the below email within 28 days, you will not be eligible. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with a proof of purchase/order confirmation.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@kunstandcolore.com If your return request is granted, you will be responsible for return postage costs and it's safe return to the below address. Please package your items safely and securely in a manner that you would be happy to receive them in. 

If the items are returned in suitable condition (no damage, signs of use etc), your refund will be processed within 7 working days.  Please note your shipping costs and return postage costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues :

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Contact us at returns@kunstandcolore.com .

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample/seconds items as these are sold as seen and any defects will be adequately described on website listings. We also do not accept refunds on our gift cards.
